DIF : learning foreign languages

The DIF : the right to individual training article L933-1 of the code of work stipulates the right to training for 20 hours per year for all employees on a full time contract.

The request must be made by the employee to their employer. Once the employee has an agreement in principle we will carry out the free placement test in order to establish their level and send an offer and training programme depending on the employee’s available hours or indeed the hours the employee wishes to consecrate to language training. (Minimum 20 hours, maximum 120 hours)
